Just open it to like 5 teams at a time....1-5, 6-10....give them a certain amount of time and then the next group can pick, first come first serve of the 5 teams.

Bucs are up followed by Jaguars. Time limit has to be set for all owners. You snooze, You lose. If you are not going to be around. Simply PM Mani with your pick. Don't hold the entire league up. It's dissapointing to see this level of ineptitude from the league's owners.
